Corporate & Commercial Law

corporate & commercial law

We advise clients across the full spectrum of corporate and commercial law, asset sales and acquisitions, and public and private mergers and acquisitions. Most of our team have also been business owners and worked in-house, so we understand what it’s like to be in your shoes.

We regularly draft, negotiate, and deliver key contracts for multi-nationals, ASX-listed companies, large private companies, and GTEs, providing support and advising in relation to contract negotiation, contract support, contract management and contract administration, across both standard-form and bespoke contracts.
